Change Design

1. A mock-up design will be emailed for your confirmation within 7 working days. No changes can be made after the mock-up design is confirmed.
2. Any design changes requested after production will incur an additional charge of 70% of the total paid amount.

Returns

• Returned Goods are at the Supplier’s sole discretion;
• We cannot accept any returns after personalized products are made unless quality and quantity problem;
• All returns must be in saleable condition; we cannot accept back any Goods that have been used, opened, written on or are not, in our opinion in saleable condition;
• One-Used Goods that have been opened cannot be returned;
• If accepted, the returned Goods must be returned to our premises with all transportation charges, insurance, taxes, duties and additional charges being borne by the Customers.
