Refund and Return Terms and Conditions

 

1. Customised Products:

   • Refunds or returns are not available for customised products unless there is a quality issue or quantity discrepancy with the order.

2. Saleable Condition:

   • All returned goods must be in a saleable condition. We cannot accept items that have been:

     • Used

     • Opened

     • Written on

     • Damaged or, in our opinion, are not in saleable condition.
